The units are new-fashioned, recently renovated with four poster bed and good AC, for example. Coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator, and a cooktop are a nice touch. All the staff is very helpful and is engaged to make your stay really really nice!

A nice size and brand-new rooms with good comfort are accompanied by excellent service. The staff are especially helpful, nothing to complain about. The hotel is set in a comfortable and ideal location adjacent to Right by the amazing Duomo.

the location was marvellous for traveling around milan, close to the duomo and other great sights and places, a tram to san siro and main cathedral square in city centre. also, we were not too far away from piazza del duomo.

The location seemed super and exceptional in the center of all the main POI's of Milano. And we were next to Piazza Mercanti, the city centre and the Duomo and other great sights and places to shop and eat. Our gold apartment with a safe box, central heating, and an iron was luxurious.

Incredible setting, it's next to a tram to San Siro, and the bus to Linate airport. Further, there's a shopping mall relatively near the hotel too.

It was newly decorated, bright and with good comfort. The staff was superfriendly and provided excellent service.

Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in my apartment. The interior of the rooms was nice. The location was favourable, just a short walk away from a romantic easily accessible park. The hotel was 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Had newly remodelled standard apartment with GREAT location too, double bed, ear plugs. Coffee & tea making facilities, a fridge, and a stovetop worked well. The location was very central, next to the amazing Duomo, and the centre. The service was great as we had expected.

View looking over city was the reason we booked standard apartment. The location for Milan was fantastic and stunning, so close to top centre trams under window, bus / tram stops and the major attractions. Btw, we admired Royal Palace of Milan, based at a short distance from the hotel...

Very comfy bed, well-appointed room with central heating, a private safe and pay television. Large private bathroom. Easy check in and late check out. Free Wi-Fi available. Location short walk to Duomo and metro station, and good restaurants...

the view of city from my spotlessly clean room was pleasant. the location was marvellous, for example, a cathedral church was just a short walk away from the hotel. it was across the amazing area.

The location on the tram line was perfectly comfortable.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Milan. The attention to detail was superb, with rooms adorned with plastic flowers and offering all the toiletries I needed. The hotel's location on the tram line made it convenient to explore the city, especially the famous Victorio Emmanuel center. The staff were friendly, always welcoming, and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. this hotel offered great value for money and provided a comfortable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. the location couldn't be better – right on the tram line and just a short walk from the famous Victorio Emmanuel center. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure my parents had a comfortable stay, even organizing a taxi for them. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary toiletries and had good comfort. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

All was just perfect, nothing to improve.
